Our company carries out complete and partial transports in ADR regime.
A.D.R. (Accord Dangerous Route) is the European agreement regarding international road transportation of dangerous waste materials, signed in Geneva 30th September 1957 and ratified in Italy with the law 12th august 1962 n. 1839.
These rules are regarding:
- classification of dangerous materials in reference to road transportation;
- rules and test determining the classification of single materials as dangerous;
- rules of goods packaging, characteristics of packages and containers;
- rules for the construction of vehicles and tanks;
- requisites for vehicle and transport, including travel documents;
- exemptions in the respect of rule agreement;
